Founders 500 Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The Founders 500 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by David & Stone ("Sponsor"). Contact: hello@davidandstone.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on the date this page is published and ends when the first 500 valid email signups are received, or 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026, whichever occurs first (the "Entry Period").
4. How to Enter
Submit your email address through the signup form on davidandstone.com during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. No purchase is necessary; joining the email list is free.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Titleist GT-series driver of the winner's choice (GT1, GT2, GT3, or GT4), in a standard configuration available at the time of fulfillment, approximate retail value $629 USD. Loft and shaft selection are subject to manufacturer availability. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Sponsor is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Acushnet Company or Titleist.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within fourteen (14) days after the Entry Period ends. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. To accept the prize, the winner will be asked to provide a shipping address, choice of GT model, and basic fitting preferences. If the winner does not respond or declines, an alternate winner may be selected. We do not collect mailing addresses from non-winners.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the prize.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time if it cannot be conducted as planned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
10. Privacy
Information submitted will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices. Entrants may be added to the David & Stone email list and can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Winner Announcement
The winner's first name and last initial will be announced by email to the David & Stone list within thirty (30) days after the drawing. To request the winner's name, email hello@davidandstone.com.
